Folks Like the Videos but....Do They Work?

We have been putting a lot of effort into making videos. No we were not the Best Picture award at the Oscars instead of LaLa Land! 
Is this the future of marketing for my fellow agents? The cost and the time are minimal to put the videos together and...we have about a 30% hit rate when we send them out. That does not include pasting the videos on social media.
 
Folks like them, enjoy them, but....Do they work?
