Did you know that YouTube ( which is owned by Google) is actually the world's second largest search engine?
Did you know that YouTube has embraced 360° virtual reality videos?
So, the big question is . . . are you as a real estate professional embracing 360° technology not only to assist in marketing of properties but also the stack the odds in your favor when going out on a listing appointment?
Now, I'm not talking about hiring some expensive professional to produce a 360° video tour, but to purchase a very easy to use and 4K quality 360° camera and do your own VR photography!
Yes, for an investment of under $200 you can definitely increase the marketability of your listings and at the same time have an unfair advantage when going on listing appointments!
Now if you do 360°  video in 4K, the files are going to be huge and it's going to take quite some time to upload them to YouTube. But, the impact can be tremendous for your business. with a high-priced real estate market here in San Diego I like shooting my videos in 4K quality but there's absolutely nothing wrong with going down a little to 1080.
