Dwight Park Neighborhoods - Market Activity November 2017-May 2018
This is a report about the real estate market activity in the Dwight Park neighborhoods. I include the subdivisions which are within walking distance to the park, and refer to them as Dwight park neighborhoods.
They consist of the following subdivisions, listed alphabetically: 
Brighton Place 
Casa Fiesta
Diamond Park
Knoell Tempe
Laguna Estates
Mistwood Condominiums
Southern Palms
Southern Village Estates
Williams - Hermosa
The homes were built at different times in the sixties, seventies, eighties and the most recent, Casa Fiesta, was built in the late nineties. There is also one house on an acre lot, which was moved by the developers from its original location to its current one.
Southern Palms is the largest subdivision (approx. 500 homes) - in the period between November 2017  and May 2018 there were eleven homes sold, and one is under contract now, after being on the market for five days. Prices of the sold homes ranged between $207,500 and $299,000.
Southern Village Estates are attached block construction townhomes, built in the late seventies, all single story with a small patio and a grassy area between the buildings.
