The Shuck Shack Soft Opens in Satellite Beach
The residents of Satellite Beach have been anxiously awaiting the opening of the new restaurant at the corner of A1a and Cassia Blvd. After Irma stormed through our town 10 months ago, A NY Pizza permanently closed down. I for one was bummed to lose a local eatery, BUT, The Shuck Shack quietly opened on July 24th and I for one am quite pleased. The soft opening was nothing short of amazing. Tuesday saw the local Satellite Beach residents in droves welcoming The Shuck Shack with open arms!
I went in last night for dinner and was very pleased with what I experienced! I ordered a dozen oysters on the half shell. Sometimes oysters can be shucked badly leaving shards of shell for the diner to have to deal with. That was not the case at The Shuck Shack. My oysters arrived on ice with lemons wedges, horseradish, cocktail sauce and crackers. They were fresh and expertly shucked. Trust me, I enjoyed each and every one of those babies!
