YouTube Thursdays - Camera-Shy? Here's an idea. 
 
Just because you can't face the camera doesn't mean you can't interject yourself, and your personality, into your videos. The biggest advantage of marketing with videos is the power to make connections - and build relationships. And that's one of the big goals in business, right? 
 
However, if your on-camera appearance is forced, awkward, or lacks authenticity, it's going to fall flat. Comfortable and confident people put others at ease.  Last week, we encouraged you to spend some time looking inward - at the essence of who you are as a person. Embracing your uniqueness and knowing your strengths - and what brings you joy is critical. 
 
All of us in business should be honest, ethical, and hard-working. What do you bring to the table that is different?  Are you a passionate pet-lover and rescue advocate - sell that first, real estate should be secondary. That sentence will likely raise a few eyebrows. Seriously though, and to reiterate, the power of video is in building and strengthening connections.
