This house at 12146 Millbill Court in Bristow may look familiar to you.  If it does, maybe that is because it was listed for sale starting in May 2018.  Unfortunately, by that point of the spring market, there was a lot of competition and buyers that valued black and gray, and gray and white, color palettes in well worn homes over the fresh face that Millbill had to offer.  New roof, new windows, new gutters, new sliding doors, new deck, granite in the kitchen, new appliances, new hardwood floors, new carpet, new bathroom fixtures....you get the picture.  Millbill offered a great home in true move in condition.
Well, for 2019 12146 Millbill is coming back on the market at an improved price of $495,800.  And the sellers took a couple notes from the feedback of agents and buyers in the marketplace.  While you won't find these improvements in the link for the virtual tour (new pictures won't be done until the end of February,) I will tell you about them here.
