The Shocking Results When Oregon Real Estate Agent Told the Truth
This is a true story, the names of the guilty parties, and the property address have not been identified.
Late last summer, Oregon Equestrian Group Broker, Dani Heuer (this is her real name, she is the hero of this story so we don't need to protect her identity), was contacted by a property owner.  The property was previously listed, had expired (failed to sell) and the owner was looking for a new agent.  In fact, the owner had previously gone through 3 other agents, over the course of 3 years, to try to get their large property sold.
The property was grand, gated, beautifully landscapped, with a large estate like home, outdoor arena and horse barn. It was gorgeous, and the owner/builder had spared no expense when he first built it.
A little over 3 years ago, the owner placed the fine equestrian estate on the market, for just under 6 months.  It didn't sell.
 
So the seller quickly found a new agent, tried again for the next 8 months to sell it, with no luck. 
 
So once again, they found a new agent, new ideas, and tried for almost a year, even reduced the price.  Still no offers.  The property owners were discouraged and let ... more
