The Road to Earning My Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
Global Luxury Property Specialist Certification
 
One of the areas that I highlighted in the last ten years was something that I have wanted to get my certification in which is my Global Luxury Property Specialist Certification for Coldwell Banker and also the Institute For Luxury Home Marketing.   I am already a member of the Institute.

Requirements
I have been working to submit all the paperwork to show that I have completed the requirements for meeting the minimum of 3 sales above the Top 10% of the area or the minimum threshold whichever is greater. Our minimum threshold is $750,000 but the Top 10% of the market is much higher. 
Partnership
What I just recently found out is that the Institute For Luxury Home Marketing and CB Global Luxury have teamed up to provide the certification. So I just read up on what is required which includes training.  Training at the Institute which I have already done.
