Keep Those Social Networks Strong
Part of a sound business strategy in a new year is to work on your networking and expanding your service circles.  Attending leads group or social events can result in a lot of conversations.  In Littleton property management we are always looking for the next vendor who may suite our needs or an owner looking to become an investor.  Most conversation will be natural and end up with an exchange of business cards.  Some may not be compatible with what you are looking for.  At some point in the conversation you will need to leave, whether to grab someone else’s attention, you need to keep moving around the room, or the conversation stalls and becomes boring.  Here are some ways to exit a conversation professionally.
