Joe,
The landlord is in a big rush. I understand he doesn’t want this to go into next year, but I’m also not feeling OK to be rushed. Again the kitchen is not done and the bathroom is not finished. I have been up there helping clean and paint. I don’t mind it getting inspected my only concern is, inspection comes out of my pocket(I am for certain getting the loan for this house?) can’t I wait for the appraisal to be done first then do an inspection? He just thinks I’m made of money, I have the appraisal money in the bank. But I just paid rent and bills so I really would prefer not to dig myself in a hole and pay for the inspector right now. Again can’t I wait till after the appraisal to get it inspected?
