Who Do You Know?
Who do you know who wants to buy or sell a home?  A simple question...Huge impact!  This phrase, embedded in my brain by the infamous Floyd Wickman (Sweathogs), is no doubt the money making question for all real estate sales professionals.  But, how often do you use or even hear it?   Almost never!  Why?  Let's think about it...so often, I believe, we get ourselves wrapped up in what I like to call the "real estate stuff", i.e., writing the perfect contract, agency disclosure, and etc., that we forget what you really need is a willing and able customer!  How do you find this sought after individual?  You could start by asking, "Who do you know?"  I promise you will be quite surprised at the response.  Give it a try!  They can't take away your birthday!
