To YouTube or Not to YouTube...that is the question!
OK, so after much debate, both in person and online, I have decided to open up this dialogue on Active Rain.  Posting real estate video on YouTube has become a hot button topic and here's why.  There are a number of people out there who believe that YouTube is a great place to post their real estate videos and other who warn against it for various reasons.  I highlighted the major pro's and con's and would then like Active Rainers to chime in.
PROS: 
-More visibility for the video
-Guaranteed eyeballs
-Title of video in YoutTube helps in SEO results
-Mass marketing 
 
CONS:
-No control over video once it is released to YouTube
-Non-relevant and sometimes, inappropriate videos follow real estate video
-Non-qualified eyeballs watching the video
-Once the viewer is done with your video you've lost them in the YouTube world
