Interesting to compare Danville verus San Ramon! Median home prices in Danville are seeing a slight decline while in San Ramon they are really holding steady and we saw a big spike up in just the last couple days. Inventory is slightly down for Danville, but down quite a bit for San Ramon, which may be causing prices to increase since there is more of a demand.
