Years ago, I discovered a true gem with this senior park just outside Lancaster, CA. It is named Leisure Lake Mobile Estates and it's only minutes north of Lancaster. So close to all the shopping, dining and entertainment that you will ever need. Best of all, it has a lake inside it!
No, they don't stock fish in it but it has plenty. Most residents that fish, just catch and release. Or, they just walk around it and enjoy sitting on a bench, watching the ducks and geese. Gosh, it must have been 9-10 years ago that I discovered Leisure Lake.At … (15 comments)

After contemplating finding a niche, I was left with nothing. Nothing at all. I remembered when I saw that special ad in a newspaper years ago that made me give them a call. Now I wish I would have saved it. The ad said something about selling modular homes and a phone number to the dealer. I was exited, went on an interview and got hired on the spot!
