Founder’s Hill loops around several condos such as Founder’s Walk and the Sycamores at Van Dorn. This community of condos is all fairly new and very nice on the inside. Spring at Belle View It’s tough to find an affordably priced condo in Northern Virginia, especially a home in close proximity to one of Northern Virginia’s premier locations. I’m working with a client right now who is what I call a “geographic bachelor”—which is to say he is a married man with a job in this area and a family and wife outside of the area.
