Mount Vernon is an area of Northern Virginia located just after the George Washington Parkway. Mount Vernon is serviced by Route 1. Route 1 offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and groceries. This area of Northern Virginia has a little bit of distance from the busier area’s like Old Town and Kingstowne.
Mount Vernon is very close to Fort Belvoir. Mount Vernon has nearby elementary, middle, and high schools. Mount Vernon is a short drive from Belle View. Mount Vernon has lots of colonial history with several historical locations to explore.

The homes at Hollindale are close to Fort Hunt. This area is a pleasant suburb with resources within a few minutes drive. The homes here feature medium lawns with curb side parking. The homes here normally include a garage. These homes were built in the 1960′s.

Hollin Hall village is comprised of 580 homes. Locally there is the Hollin Hall Shopping center conveniently within walking distance. Also there is an elementary school and a few miles away a middle school and a high school.
