Out of Area listing, Your Real Estate agent is here to help!! I meet with my client today for lunch and then I learn about her mother who just passed away and she was concern about how to go about selling the family home that is located out of state. Her worries were who can she trust to do the job since she hadn't live in the area for such a long time.
