Here is this months Discovery Bay Market Report. These figures were pulled from the MLS on July 13th & 14th and are for Single Family Homes only. There are some slight differences in the Sold properties for May in this months report and Last Months Report Due to late reporting.

In March 29 homes sold in Discovery Bay with an Average Price of $377,293.00 and a Median Price of $325,000.00. The homes that sold spent and average of 42 days on the market and sold at an average price per SF of $136.00. Originally a weekend get away community it is now a mixture or second homes, commuters and people that telecommute or work in the community. Discovery Bay California is an exciting place to live and play in an upscale water front community. There are includes the original community and The Lakes at Discovery Bay California.
