bucks county title insurance: What can we do RIGHT NOW THAT WOULD earn your business? - 11/30/11 07:15 AM
What can we do RIGHT NOW THAT WOULD earn your business for Family Abstract Inc?
I have been in the Title Insurance business for nearly 27 years, always thinking outside the box, sometimes throwing out the box altogether.  For me, if we can keep 20 families employed by adding something remarkable that we have missed or others are doing, I want to know about it.
Realtors and Mortgage Lenders Can you help me out?

bucks county title insurance: Opportunity is always knocking, Go open the Door - 11/22/11 03:25 AM
Behind every business idea is a point of frustration that motivates an entrepreneur to take action. It can solve a small problem like how to find the remote control when it finds itself under the sofa (clapper!) to figuring out ways to take your phone with you everywhere you go.
For those paying attention, opportunity is always knocking.  The biggest challenge is knowing when to answer the door.
As the owner of Family Abstract, I have been intimately familiar with problems that face the real estate industry in general and the title business in particular. Contrary to popular belief, the title … (1 comments)

bucks county title insurance: Reinventing Remarkable - 11/20/11 09:26 AM
Family Abstract, Inc. has been a licensed agent of 3 out of the 4 major underwriters in the country for the last 10 years and my partner and I at Family Abstract spent 17 years together at my brothers title agency prior to his passing, for a total of 27 years in the business of Title Insurance.  We say yes, we understand Business risk verse title risk.  We must hear 4 "You can't insure that" until we acquiesce to the fact and cancel a deal.
What can we do to REINVENT REMARKABLE?
In 27 years we have mastered the 24-48 … (0 comments)

bucks county title insurance: If Life Begins at Conception... Home-Ownership Begins When the Wire is Received - 11/02/11 05:50 AM
As an owner at Family Abstract, Inc. we, and all title insurance agencies have a fiduciary responsibility to our insured, both the lender and the Home buyer equally.  We are asked to break our laws and guidelines quite often by a another third party to the transaction.  Our office encountered yet another Real Estate agent requesting, OK, demanding we release the funds because,” The Wire has been sent and we have a confirmation it was sent!”
The conversation was something like this:
Buyers Realtor:  As I already explained to your settlement clerk, we have confirmation from the bank, the wire has … (4 comments)

As a Philadelphia area resident my wife and I along with our children have often gone to the "CHOP" (Childrens Hospital of Pennsylvania) and brought projects and books to the families that are staying there awaiting treatment.  WOW, talk about a wake up call to the importance of what's important.  Anytime your feeling a little "Woe is me" take a trip into Philly and see true heartache and heartbreak, pain, suffering, laughter and love, its all at CHOP.
Together, we can all make a difference,

It is not Business it is Extortion!

Nucazza, aligns itself with banks and credit unions all over the country to bring the message of choice and transparency to the banks customers. Through Webinars, co-branding and a message of positive choice we can identify home buyers on behalf of the lending institution and give them all the tools to make an informed decision as to how they wish to buy a home and how they wish to pay for the services provided. Nucazza, LLP will pass all interested home buyers to our database of participating Realtors. We are a free service to the home buyers as well as all ACRE graduates. We are an ACRE industry partner in the education, effectuation and Rabble Rousing of the Alternatives to Commission. While in my 25th year as a multi-state title insurance agent I am fulfilling a promise I made to myself just 3 days into my new career. "This industry is broken, I need to part of the change" Over my tenure, the companies I have been involved with, Family Abstract, Inc. et al has been involved in over 100,000 real estate transactions. The number one question that continually rose was regarding the commissions being paid to the Realtors(r) at closing. The buyers insisted it was their money that paid for the commissions since it was added to the sales price, the sellers believed it was their money because it was paid as part of the sales price and the "Gentlemen of Real Estate that began it all were smart enough to put it in the Agreement of Sale to protect their own ASSets. Question 1A was, what does 6% commission have anything to do with the value my agent brought me? How does one equate to the other? Why am I handing money to everyone? :( Nucazza, LLP was created as a way of giving back for an incredibly rich life that I have gotten to enjoy thanks to the real estate industry. I see great changes coming in real estate all to the benefit of our children and our grandchildren. Both as buyers and sellers as well as for those that become a new "Evolutionary" Realtor all will enjoy the richness of life that will be associated with this profession.  My job is Chief Evangelist, You don't know me... But you will
