Today is a great day to start the week. We started with our BOOST class at 9:30 and did a Webinar on Open House and Short Sales. This was being done through the Howard Brinton Star Power program. It was very informative and I got some good ideas from it. We had an Open House Extravanganza this past weekend and I held 5 Houses open with the help of my owners. People are beginning to look. We had such a beautiful day for Easter Sunday. All of the family was around and doing so well. After the Dinner of Baked Ham, Potato salad, Peas, Butter beans, Corn, Rolls, biscuits, deviled eggs, tea and Friendship cake, we had our annual Easter Egg hunt in the back yard. I just had a scary thing to happen to me with Myspace. I sent up my profile a month or so ago and needed to update some information. Someone had gotten into my space and had placed some suggestive pictures and changed my profile all around. I would have just died of embarrassment if one of my owners saw that mess. Easter is the most blessed time of the year. It is a time for remembrances of the past. I think back over the Easters that I have experienced for the past 60 years. It always began with a trip to the front yard to find the most beautiful azalea to pin on my new Easter dress that my mother made for me the week before. (usually hemming it on Saturday Eve) Then off to Church to sit with my family and enjoy the story of the Resurrection and to sing those favorite hymns of Up From the Grave He Arose and HE … (2 comments)

We just finished our weekly Boost Class and I found it very informative today. One of the things that we are doing it to find our that our market share is and where we rank. Also to be the local experts in knowing about our market in the different areas of our local selling area. WE are breaking it down as to numbers of active, sold and expired listing and what the price is per square feet ~for each, both houses, condos and lots. Lazy Rainy Saturday Today has been one of those days that you cherish. Actually, we were up early and getting the grandchildren ready for the EASTER EGG HUNT on the GARRISON grounds in Southport. I had the 3 year old and the 7 year old with me. The first Egg hunt was for the older grandson, Jonah. He filled his basket full of eggs and candy. Then it was the 3 year old hunt.
