telephone etiquette: The Agent's Tone Makes Me Want to Sell the Home - 06/23/14 11:06 PM

I read this post this morning, commented on it and congratulated the author on being featured and decided I wanted to share this.
 
This is such an important topic, in my humble opinion.  I think all of us in Real Estate and in all businesses need to monitor our tone, and the message that we put out when we answer our phone.
I know that I will take this message to heart.
