Never drew up a Buyer Broker Agreement.......until now. Here's why................. Believe it or not, I've never felt the need to draw up a Buyer/Broker Agreement in all the years I've been an agent. For those of you who have followed my Zillow adventure from our "Putting Zillow to The Test" group, I have one final chapter to (210 comments)

One of those was before I became a premiere agent (Contact #3), and it was an inquiry for one of my listings (not in the zip code I have paid for). Putting Zillow to The Test: My $948.60+ Adventure - Day 3 - My Initial Stats OK. So I'm 3 days in as a paying Premiere agent on Zillow. I've done everything that I'm supposed to do, and I'm listed as 100% on the Zillow Spectrum of marketing recommendations. No leads yet. I am answering questions by Zillow visitors on specific topics. The only contacts I've had so far are from other agents wanting me to see thier open houses!! So, as of Day 3, I am a Big, Fat, ZERO in the leads department.
