Perhaps, you were told that the Internal revenue Service, under no circumstances, will telephone you and that anybody stating to be an IRS agent is trying to cheat you. That is not entirely true. The Internal Revenue Service has awarded new contracts to three private-sector collection agencies for the collection of overdue tax debts. The new contracts begin Thursday following today’s expiration of the old contracts.
