As high speed bandwidth becomes available on a widespread basis for the consumer market, it looks like there is a seemingly insatiable appetite for watching videos. Ever heard of a little website called YouTube? Yeah, you could say it’s pretty popular. Hiding among these millions (billions?) of videos are more than just pop culture clips. It's been about three and a half years since we thought investing in rental properties was a good idea in the Valley of the Sun. It's official. We think it's a good idea again. The bubble has burst and Phoenix is back in play. And we're not saying this just because we like the sun and good Mexican food.
