Anytime I have an auction I like to have a Video made of the property. This allows folks to take a tour of the property before they drive out or come to my auction. This is an excellent 3 bedroom 1 Bathroom home near Middle Tennessee State University. This will make an excellent investment for someone.

In this day and time many auctioneers dread having a Personal Property Auctions. It takes more time and energy to put on the auction- It creates more costs for the auctioneer and auctioneers have to spend more time getting them ready. in this day and time where we all like to get our information as soon as possible, I am no different; however, I have got to say I draw the line with anyone calling me at 3:48 AM.
Under no circumstances do I find it suitable for someone to call and ask: IS my upcoming Auction ABSOLUTE or not. And if its not absolute- what's the reserve.
The only reason you should call anyone at this time is if: 1. Someone Is Dead. 2. You are in Jail(scratch that).... you were in an accident..... 3. It better be Something … (6 comments)
