There is always another way to skin the cat in this business. Recently we received a phone call from a prospective buyer to see one of our listings they had found on Realtor.com. After seeing it, the home was not exactly what they expected. They said they had been looking for quite some time. When asked if they were working with another agent the reply was "Sort of". What did "Sort of" mean? The buyers knew an agent who we will call Suzy Q. This agent is a friend of a friend. Suzy Q said she would be glad to help them … (4 comments)
