 Living in Downtown Denver you have a multitude of choices.      The distinction of a Denver loft is the exposed duct work, 9+ foot ceilings, sometimes the ceilings are concrete, exposed brick walls, and very open floor plans.    Some Lofts in Denver have partial walls for the bedroom(s).      Some units feature ceiling to floor windows/doors allowing light to flood into the units.    Most are ranch-type units, but there are townhomes available.    Would you want a view of the mountains or of the City?

As if we have not had enough bad news for the condos and townhome communities --- if the HOA is 15% or more in arrears (homeowners not paying their HOA fee), new buyers will not be able to obtain a new loan until the arrearages are under 15%!
If you have thought about listing your condo or townhome, please check with your HOA to make sure your HOA is up-to-date, and not aware a few days before a scheduled closing.    This could save ALOT of heart ache well before!
