This gorgeous two-story only took ONE DAY on the market and received two offers and over asking price! Both buyers and sellers want an end of September closing. (This was amazing, as we are not seeing that many multiple offers lately.) Saddle Rock Ridge is a popular neighborhood with about 2,000 homes, and there are never very many active listings!
