Over the past 4-5 months inventory has doubled due to values rising, allowing multiple Las Vegas home owners who were stuck in upside down homes to stretch the market out in hopes of getting the price they need to be able to sell property and get out of their home without having to short sale or write a check for the difference that was owed on a loan amount. I’ll be the first to admit that I was skeptical at first when my Marketing Manager brought Activerain to my attention and advised me to sign up. Needless to say, I also hesitated when he urged me to pay the money for a Rain Maker account. I have always done the majority of my business through referrals and hard copy advertising. I didn’t see the value of Activerain and now I know that’s because I didn’t understand, at the time, what Activerain had to offer.
