When you go to your continuing education classes and look around the room, what do you see? The answer is you see 20, 50, 100, or even 500 people who look just like you. They are nicely dressed, friendly, some personable, some cocky, some wearing name tags, most with business cards in hand, and everyone is scrolling (0 comments)

Today’s real estate agent has ever increasing expenses while commissions remain the same, or less.
Real estate agents spend a lot of time in their cars. Worse, real estate agents spend a lot of money on gas. Have gas prices gone down in your local area? Not mine! In addition to gas there are many other real estate expenses increasing or at least I predict will (1 comments)
Today’s real estate agent population is decreasing.
How many Realtors® are there in the United States? In order to be considered a Realtor® you have to be a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors®) and subscribe to its strict Code of Ethics. In the peak of the real estate boom in 2007, there were over 1.3 million members of this organization.
