mortgage prediction: Today's National Mortgage Survey For Good Credit

Mortgage rates on a national average (for good credit) continued to rise last week to 5% which is the highest in 10 years. Rates are still close, for a while, to what used to be considered a favorable 5% rate. Here are the results the national Freddie Mac Mortgage Rate survey for the week as of April 14, 2022 for consideration if you are ready to buy a home or refinance the home that you have now. The good news? Mortgage rates at 5.0% (30 years) are hovering near 5% and are still much closer to historic lows than historic highs as (0 comments)
The average for 30 year fixed rate loans dropped remained at 2.87% which is still near the 2.81% which was the lowest in the 50 years that these records have been tracked. See here for Phoenix Metro Arizona Home Loans.
