US Migration patterns are clearly showing Americans are moving in large numbers to the Southern most warm states of Arizona, Florida and Texas. Why is that? The government tells us we should be so concerned over global warming that one would think the warm state residents would be moving away from the equator and not towards the equator. What gives? Have you noticed people and families are migrating to Arizona and other Sunbelt cities in record numbers? For 2021 the Phoenix Arizona metro area was the # 1 migration destination followed by Dallas and Orlando metro areas. Why? Sun, warm winters, reasonable property taxes, employment, natural beauty, wide open spaces to explore (including deserts and green mountains), golf, restaurants, shopping....need I go on?
