I've been helping Real Estate agents move their listings for over 15 years and one thing is definitely for certain - selling a home with a pool hasn't gotten any easier. Why do pools lose so much value to perspective homeowners? The answer according to Pool Contractor is maintnenace & liability. New homeowners don't want the potential liability and headaches that come with an inground pool. The additional insurance required for an inground pool can be substantial.
