The day starts at 5:00 AM and goes non-stop until 8:00 PM, sometimes later.  Commute to work, check the e-mail, first meeting at 8:00AM then non-stop until you get home.  Time for children, spouse, and pet before exhaustion takes over and sleep finally works in to your busy schedule.
