Sometimes it is the little things we do that make the biggest impression A few weeks ago I called a homeowner and left a message saying that I have a client that may want to buy their home. (There home is not presently on the market) I really do have a client that pointed out their house and said "that is the one I want" so like a good agent, I went after it for them.
