YES!!!! People like to shop by appeal. If your listing photos don't appeal to the average person, than you are more likely to not sell quickly! Your first 5 photos on HAR really matter! When making fliers, or anything pertaining to advertisement, usually people use the first 5 photos. If the photos aren't appealing, why would someone want to look at that property? Houston, Texas has been doing amazing for the past 3 years in the Real Estate Market!
