And that is why Every Market is Different | Franklin NC Market 2014 I was shocked when I pulled up our stats for the local Franklin, NC Market today. We are not doing as well as we did last year. I really didn't notice much because our office here at Re/Max Elite Realty has been really busy this half of the year. We are down 55 Home Sales, 15 Land Sales while Commercial stayed the same at 3 sales. Land certainly has taken the hardest hit around the NC mountains.
