Last week I had the opportunity to preview the new and exciting Coronado in Kalorama. Who can pass up wine & cheese on a rainy afternoon??? The building features 28 units and is located at 1840 Vernon Street, NW. I was quite impressed by the layout of the units and most importantly the price!! Being competitive in this market is key and it seems that the builder (Novo Development) understands how to make units attractive to buyers.
