halloween costumes: Quick and easy last minute Halloween costumes

I had a friend in a panic yesterday as she's in need of a quick and EASY Halloween costume. She's super busy with work and said she had absolutely no time to shop for anything or to make anything. I shared a few suggestions I found on the web with her.
