One is located in Marion and the other is located in Hiawatha, less than 10 miles away. Mayor Bouska claims that he lives in his Marion home 70% of the time. A petition was brought to the council in December and the council needed to read the Iowa Code to determine how they needed to handle this request to remove the mayor.
