As soon as I heard about the tragic death of Anthony Bourdain yesterday, the first thing that came to my mind was " I should have asked him to come to my house. I should have made him breakfast." That might be a strange thing to think or say, but I felt it so strongly that I thought there must be something to it. I am a cook. I admire cooks, particularly good cooks, gifted cooks, great cooks.
