Fall PUMPKIN CARAMEL CORN RECIPE This recipe always come to mind this time of year... hope you enjoy! Ingredients 4 Cups Brown Sugar 2 Cups Butter 1 Cup Corn Syrup 2 Teaspoons Salt 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 3 Teaspoons Vanilla 1 Jar of Pumpkin Pie Spice or see recipe below 6 Quarts Popped Popcorn ( fill 2 large roasting pans) Directions Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (95 degrees C).
