The number of new listings increased while sales dipped just a bit in the Lewiston-Auburn Maine real estate market for the week of April 29, 2012 through May 5, 2012. This past week's numbers were skewed a little by an extremely low priced bank owned property that sold, bringing the average sale price down, and a home listed by an unrealistic seller that sat on the market for 611 days, bringing the average days on market way up for the week.
