The Common Ground Country Fair, held in Unity, is one of the largest and most anticipated of all Maine's fairs.  Organized by MOFGA (Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association,) the fair includes all things natural and country.  There will be entertainment, incredible food, displays, natural vendors, speakers, demonstrations, a kids area, and oh so much more! 
This is truly an event not to be missed!  Plan on a whole day to be able to take it all in.

Recently polls have shown that more than half of all Mainers are still undecided about who they will vote for in the gubernatorial primary this Tuesday.
With 4 Democratic candidates and 7 Republican candidates, many Mainers have found it difficult to differentiate between the candidates.  Channel 8 WMTW has hosted 2 debates between the candidates.  If you are still undecided, now is the time to review these forums and take some time to think about who you feel will be the leader Maine needs in the Blaine House.

Tuesday, June 8, 2010 Mainers will head to the polls for the gubernatorial primary election as well as 4 bond issues and a potential people's veto on the ballot.
By now, we have all seen the signs and television ads from both sides of Question 1.  This issue is going to be confusing for a lot of us, since both sides are saying the same thing in support of their view. 
Fed up with taxes?  Vote "yes" on Question 1!
