What is the Cost of Doing Business?
It's a happy day when someone calls you and wants you to list their home. When you arrive and eventually discuss what it is going to take to get the home, sales ready, that's when it gets interesting. The Sellers face turns into a frown and their disbelief comes out in force.

How Effective is Your Advertising?
Advertising has taken many forms throughout the ages. From Paul Revere, the pony express to newspapers, magazines, radio, television and now the internet.  We change according to what works at the time. The one thing that the Industry of Real Estate still holds onto, and has been around forever is the outdoor sign.

Many of us remember the signs painted on the sides of buildings, barns and of course we still see billboards. The Real Estate industry has kept the practice of using outdoor signs because it is extremely effective.

When Buyers look for a new home, the one thing they don't look for, is the Local Fire Hydrant. I don't mean you have to have one in your yard, although that would be convenient, if there should be a fire, but your Buyer should be aware of it's location.
