Below is a photo of the Sweet and Sour Chicken, that I ordered during my last visit. I had to take some home for another meal. "It was delicious twice."

Well, It's been a long time coming, but when I woke up this morning with the sun shining and the birds chirping, I knew Spring has arrived. My Special messenger whistled at me from the branches of the tree just outside my door. (Well, not really whistled. More like Chirped Happily).

We have all heard of Network groups, where business professionals have weekly meetings and refer clients back and forth, based on their sphere of influence. Many of you attend these meetings. My wife and I have belonged to several of these groups. Most that attend, are small businesses just starting out. After several years of attending these groups, my wife has found something better.

If you have a big appetite, Hacienda's famous BIG JUAN is returning April 1st. If you can eat a 4- pound special wet burrito, your name and picture goes on the wall and you get a BIG JUAN T-shirt. The only catch is, you have to single-handedly, eat it "ALL" yourself. (No Sharing)

Broadway Theatre's "Million Dollar Quartet", Was Awesome in South Bend!
The Food was great and the performance was Awesome. Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis Dazzled the audience with the music that was historically made on that unforgettable night in December of 1956 at the one and only jam session, at Sun Records. The Musical performance was recreated by the Million Dollar Quartet Broadway performance.
We started our evening off at Per Bacco Italian Restaurant in Elkhart, which features such entrees as the lasagna, as shown here.

Now that's a ridiculous question! I'm sure that some of us have overlooked the obvious when it comes to looking good for your Buyers or Sellers. Can you imagine what your client would think if you showed up with food hanging off our chin, broccoli between your teeth and coffee stains down the front of our clothes. I didn't know that March 12th was Buyers Holiday, until the phones started ringing this morning. I was reminded over and over. I hadn't even got up yet and there were messages waiting for me. I guess today I may get some paperwork done instead of showing houses.

Thee as many was to attract potential Buyers to use your Real Estate services. One of our effective tools is to offer them a Hot Dog Party after they move into their new home. This is a great referral tool for us, as we have given parties to Buyers and then all of a sudden, we are contacted by friends and relatives that are in the market for homes.

Recently my wife's computer screen went dark, so she couldn't work on her current projects. A week later my computer had the same problem. Come to find out, the computer had an update, and guess what. Windows 8 doesn't support that update. We didn't know what the problem was at the time. Did I mention, I don't like Windows 8?
