After a lifetime of searching, I fell madly in love. Let me start from the beginning. I've spent the last several years looking for the perfect exercise match to fit my busy schedule and need for variety. The elliptical machine, treadmill, group classes (spinning, step aerobics, swimming, Zumba, kickboxing), running, hiking, boot camp, sprint triathlons, Bikram yoga; you name it, I've tried it.
