work: Feeling Conflicted...Feast or Famine?

To date, I have not posted many blogs here. I prefer to lurk around and leave random comments as it feels somehow "safer" to me. (One of my resolutions for next year is to break out of my shell a bit and blog more). I was inclined to write this because I wonder how many others in the industry are feeling what I am feeling? What am I feeling? Good question! I am feeling relieved that there is so much work (finally!) with all of the refinancing going on due to the low rates.
