Twin Creeks home sales activity for the month of December resulted in three closed sales, one new listing in December. Twin Creeks like most neighborhoods' inventory of homes for sale is down for the same time period in 2011.

San Ramon Home Sales Up Over 2011 At the half way mark of 2012 home sales in San Ramon are up 9 percent over 2011 and would probably be higher if there was more inventory. The number of homes listed through June 2012- 496 homes compared with 602 new listings in 2011, a decrease of 18%.
