Yes, I know my title is grammatically incorrect but it gets to the point and you are reading this post, sooo.... My business has been pretty steady for the last few months, in spite of the declining market. This is pretty good considering the fact that in this area, the Multiple Listings Service (MLS) for the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS® has 7,000 residential listings, and we're only averaging 235 closings per month.
